All orders from our online women’s boutique ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

All Pretty Pop Boutique orders ship from Knoxville, Tennessee.


💕 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes 🤍 We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders $75+.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate.


💕 Do you restock items?

Most of our dresses, sets, and statement pieces are limited quantity and may not restock once sold out.

Most items run true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.

If you’re between sizes:

• Size up for a more relaxed fit
• Size down for a more fitted look

💕 How do I measure myself?

For best fit:

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips

Compare your measurements to the product description if available.


♡ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
• Tags must still be attached

Bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, and sale items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved returns are issued as a digital store credit via email.

• Store credit does not expire
• Store credit cannot be refunded for cash
• Store credit is non-transferable


💕 Can I cancel or modify my order?

Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Please double-check your address and sizing before checkout.


💕 What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, Pretty Pop Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting your local post office to file a claim if needed.


💕 What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
