Returns & Exchanges

We offer store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
• Returned with original tags attached

Items that do not meet these standards may be declined and sent back to the customer.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pretty Pop Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.


Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent via email.

• Store credit does not expire
• Store credit cannot be refunded for cash
• Store credit cannot be transferred


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Accessories
• Sale items


Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
